Ideal for toddlers

INGREDIENTS:

Sweet potatoes
Butternut squash

Herbs such as:
Parsley
Coriander
Basil
Thyme

Raisins
Olive oil

METHOD:

Dice up the sweet potatoes and the butternut squash. Cook.

Chop up lots of herbes (parsley, coriander, basil, thyme…)

Take a handful of raisins and pour boiling water over them for 10 minutes allowing them to soften and get more flavour.

Once the vegetables are cooked sprinkle on the herbes, drizzle on olive oil and raisins – Mix it all together.
