1 carrots
2 courgettes
1 red onions
a hand-full of fresh parsley
500g of mince beef or mince lamb
1 eggs
1 tablespoons of bread crumbs
1 tablespoon of polenta


Start by grating the carrots and the courgettes. Add the finely chopped onions and chopped parsley. Mix the mince meat into the vegetables. Add the egg, the bread crumbs and the polenta.

DSC04273Place in a loaf tin lined with grease proof paper and cook in a preheated oven at 200* for 30 minutes

Cut up in slices ready to serve.
You can freeze the left over.
