DSC00391raw 1000Here is a yummy recipe that combine two vegetables that are very similar and have the same cooking time. I love adding a bit of colour to the traditional Cauliflower cheese with the broccoli.

DSC00407Start by preparing a béchamel sauce: Here is a link to my recipe.
Steam or boil the vegetables.

Put the vegetables in a bowl and pour over the cheese sauce.
DSC004171000You can top with grated cheese and place for a few minutes under the grill if you like.

As simple as that!
