DSC095091000These are really easy to make and a very healthy option – They are gluten free and perfect for a diet. This recipe makes 6 small muffins. You can double the proportions if needed.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of almond powder
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1 teaspoons baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 table spoon water
1/3 cup of light brown sugar

Mix dry ingredients together.  Add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.DSC094991000
