1 packet of chicken fillets
1/2 butternut squash
2 parsnips
4 carrots
1 onion
Garlic
Salt and pepper

METHOD:

Put the chicken pieces and the roughly chopped vegetables in an oven cocotte and season with salt and pepper.DSC01059 add a glass of water and put the lid on.

Put in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 200* C DSC01087

Serve with rice, couscous, polenta or pasta – or on its own
