INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of ground coconut 1 cup of ground almond 1/2 cup of pistachio butter 1 tablespoon of honey ! tablespoon of coconut cream a few drops of natural vanilla extract 50 g of white chocolate (melted)DSC00879 1000copy

METHOD:

Fist mix the dry ingredients: coconut, almond and pistachio. DSC008831000Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie, add the coconut cream, vanilla extract and the honey. DSC008851000Mix till the consistence looks right. If too sticky, add coconut or almond powder, it not holding together, add more coconut cream. DSC008861000Form little ball using your hands. DSC008871000Roll them in coconut and place them on a tray or plate. DSC008911000Leave in the fridge to harden for at least an hour. DSC008931000These will keep for a month in the fridge!
